Mr Saaka stated this at a stakeholders’ forum organised by the Sagnarigu District Assembly in Tamale to sensitize residents on the SNPA system.

The forum, attended by various interest groups including traditional authorities and people from all walks of life in the district, was also to explain the processes involved in carrying out the exercise, its significance, as well as address the concerns of the residents about the exercise.

Mr Saaka said the district had already compiled a data of all roads and property within its jurisdiction, but was waiting for the residents to suggest names to give to the roads.

He also spoke about some of the advantages of the exercise, which included addressing difficulties in attending to emergency situations as well as ensuring rapid development of the district.
