Upgrading of Radiotherapy and Nuclear Medicine Services at Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital

The Government of the Republic of Ghana has received a loan from the Arab Bank for Economic Development of Africa (BADEA) and OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID) towards the upgrading of Radiotherapy and Nuclear Medicine Services at Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital.

The Ministry of Health intends to apply a portion of the allocation to cover eligible payments under the Contract for the Upgrading of Radiotherapy and Nuclear Medicine Services Project at Korle-Bu.

Bidding is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the BADEA and OFID Rules of Procedure for Procurement of Goods and Services.

The Ministry of Health acting for and on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Ghana invites sealed tenders from eligible Bidders for the execution and completion of the cited Contract.

Bidding Documents may be purchased at the office of:

for a non-refundable fee of US$200.00 or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.

Interested Bidders may obtain further information at the same address.

Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Bid Opening. All bids must be accompanied by a security in the form and amounts specified in the Bidding Documents and must be delivered to:

on or before 10.00 HOURS GMT on Tuesday 30th September, 2014.
