Akufo-Addo decided on political future

2012 Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has revealed that his political future has been decided.

“I have made up my mind already,” Nana Addo told journalists at his residence on Thursday, March 6.

Nana Addo returned from the United Kingdom on Wednesday after having sojourned there for nearly half a year.

Upon arrival, Nana Addo told supporters that, as he promised before his departure, he went to commune with God and he has received the answer he wants.

He told the supporters he will unveil his decision after meeting “the elders,” as tradition demands.

Nana Addo hinted that he will make his decision first known to “the elders” at that meeting before making it known to the “expectant” fans.

Nana Addo announced on August 29, 2013 he was taking time off politics after losing a petition that challenged the presidential results of the 2012 elections at the Supreme Court.
