‘Sir John’ appeals to delegates to retain him

Mr Kwadwo Owusu-Afriyie, New Patriotic Party (NPP) General Secretary, has appealed to Jaman South delegates to renew his mandate.

Mr. Owusu-Afriyie made the appeal at a meeting with party delegates at Drobo in the Jaman South Constituency.

He said delegates must retain him and said his re-election for another four-year term would assist in providing effective leadership for the party.

Mr. Owusu-Afriyie said he had effectively championed the cause of NPP in the last four years and that this even caused him a fine for contempt by the Supreme Court.

He therefore appealed to delegates to vote massively for him and other deserving candidates for a team of competent leaders to lead the Party to victory in Election 2016.
