Twelve babies delivered during Christmas at Swedru

Twelve babies were delivered duringthe Christmas holidays at Agona Swedru Municipal Hospital in the Agona West in the Central Region.

Ms Annie Asem, a midwife, told the GNA that the babies, six girls and six boys, were doing well.

Ms Asem said eight babies, five girls and three boys, were born on December 25 and three boys and a girl were delivered on December 26. She said one baby was delivered through cesarean operation.
