Mohinani Group supports security services

The Mohinani Group of Companies has supported the Accra Regional Command of the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) and the Kaneshie Divisional Police Command with items worth GH¢5, 000 to help them in their operations.

The items included a generator and 36 standing fans. Mr Gabriel Opoku-Asare, Group Corporate Affairs Manager, who presented the generator to the GNFS and the fans to the police, noted that the security services are key to the existence of business operations.

He said the peace Ghana is enjoying is as a result of the hard work of the police and other institutions.

Mr Patrick Donkor, Assistance Chief Fire Officer, who received the item on behalf of the GNFS, thanked Mohinani Group for the kind gesture.

He said as part of the fire safety week, there would be inspection of the premises of institutions to check on fire safety equipment and a float by staff of the GNFS through the streets of Accra to create awareness on safety regulations.
