The National Democratic Congress (NDC) will hold primaries tomorrow at Kumawu to elect its parliamentary candidate for the Kumawu by-election.
Two delegates each from the 92 branches in the constituency are expected to elect the candidate from among five contestants who have expressed the desire to contest the primaries.
The Ashanti Regional Executive of the NDC, led by Mr Sly Akakpovie, the Regional Secretary and some national executive members, on Sunday met the constituency executive to discuss strategies for the the campaign.
Mr Akakpovie advised the candidates to conduct their campaign with decorum, respect for each other and without resorting to mudslinging.
