MP donates items to three hospitals in Nzema area

The Member of Parliament for Ellembelle, Mr. Armah Kofi Buah, has presented medical and surgical items valued at 300,000 dollars to the Half Assini Government Hospital.

The items include 45 boxes of masks with ear looks, six boxes of surgical gloves and four boxes of hair and body shampoo.

Mr. Buah, the Deputy Minister for Energy, said the items were solicited from the International Relief Agency in the USA, which he had worked with before.

He said similar items had been donated to the Axim Government and the Eikwe Catholic hospitals in the Ellembelle and Nzema East districts.

Mrs. Hannah Cromwell, Nursing Manager of the Half Assini Government Hospital, received the items and thanked Mr. Buah for the donation.**
