Wa Central Member of Parliament picks nomination form

Wa, Nov. 29, GNA – Mr. Rashid Pelpuo, Member of Parliament for Wa Central Constituency on Monday picked a nomination form to contest the constituency primaries on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

Mr. Pelpuo who came to the Regional Office of the NDC with his campaign team amidst drumming and dancing from local supporters, called on the rank and file of the NDC in the constituency to close their ranks and go behind him in unity to maintain the seat for the NDC.

He said the Wa Central Constituency was key to the survival and growth of NDC activities in the Upper West Region and, therefore, there was the need to choose a tested person and a unifier to lead the party at all times for victory.

“Wa Central Constituency is critical and important to the NDC and should not be allowed to be thrown to the dogs and jeopardize the chances of the NDC in the Region”, he explained.
