Techiman (B/A), Dec.17, GNA- Thirty nine (39) roofing sheets valued at 24.1 million cedis have been presented to facilitators of the Non-Formal Education Division (NFED) of the Ministry of Education, in the Techiman Municipality at a ceremony in Techiman.
Mr. Fosu Boamah, Municipal Director of the NFED who presented one roofing sheet each to the 39 facilitators said it was meant to motivate them for hard work.
He facilitators for their role in bringing down the high level of illiteracy in the rural communities.
Mr Boamah asked them to exposed the adult learners to government policies and programmes such as the National Health Insurance Scheme.
