Accra, Nov. 15, GNA – The National Service Secretariat (NSS) has released the postings of 21,325 personnel for 2004/2005, a statement its Deputy Director, Mr Abeeku Dickson signed said on Monday. It said deployment of National Service Personnel, which began on Monday, would end on January 31, next year.
The statement, however, said National Service Personnel from Institute of Professional Studies (IPS), Polytechnics, Agricultural Colleges and School of Social Welfare would be posted in January 2005. All prospective service personnel were urged to go and check their postings from the nearest National Service Regional Office, which are located at all Regional Administration Blocks.
The statement said: “We are by this notice advising prospective Service Personal not to come to the National Service Secretariat Headquarters to check on their postings, since posting will not be displayed at the headquarters.”
