Twelve people have been reported dead with several others seriously injured in a fatal accident in the Ashanti region.
XYZ News’ Ashanti regional correspondent, Isaac Bediako Justice reported that an articulated truck run over five vehicles at Abofour on the Techiman road killing 12 people instantly.
The injured have been rushed to the Offinso Hospital for treatment.
He added that the Police in the region have confirmed the deaths but says the number is likely to rise due to the seriousness of the injuries.
