Youth Coalition in Upper East pledges support for President Mahama

The Anuuba Coalition, a youth group in the Upper East Region, has pledged its support for President John Dramani Mahama in Election 2012.

The group said it would woo sympathisers of the President in all political parties and undecided voters to give the President their mandate.

Mr. Samuel Abartey, Coordinator of Anuuba, announced these at a media engagement in Bolgatanga.

He said Anuuba would embark on a nation wide house-to-house campaign for President Mahama.

Mr. Musah Awudu, Secretary of the Coalition, said he was hopeful that Ghanaians would vote for President Mahama in December, because the National Democratic Congress had executed programmes such as the National Youth Employment Programme and the Savannah Accelerated Development Authority, to improve the living conditions of the people.
