Youth asked to be humble in life

Ejisu (Ash), Dec 25, GNA 96 The Reverend Father Oppong Mensah, Parish Priest of the Saint Anthony Catholic Church at Ejisu, has asked the youth in the country to be humble to enable them to succeed in life. He explained that history and records shows that those who humble themselves in all their endeavours were crowned victorious in all their activities.

Rev Fr Mensah gave this advice during a Christmas service at Ejisu Catholic Church on Monday mark Christmas.

He said the youth of today should learn humbleness of Blessed Virgin Mary when receiving the message from God that she would be the mother of Jesus Christ, and entreated them to be modest in their deeds and desist from anti-social acts so as to see the glory of God in future.

Rev Fr Mensah appealed to parents to have time for their children and inculcate in them the spirit of humility since it was the key to every success in life.

He advised Christians to use the Christmas festivities to show love to one another, even to those who do not share the same faith with them.
