Winneba SHS tutor killed in accident

Winneba (C/R), Nov 13, GNA -The Winneba Magistrate Court on Friday remanded a 19-year old Taxi driver from the town in prison custody for careless driving, inconsiderate driving and negligently causing harm.

Francis Ofori’s plea was not taken and he will re-appear before the court on November 24, 2011.

Prosecution Police Inspector Richard Samaji told the court presided over by Mr Charles Owusu Nsiah that on November 7th this year at about 1930 hours the accused person drove an Opel Taxi with registration No GW 1659 W f’ 1
