The weather will be misty over southern Ghana with slight rain – Meteo
Accra, Aug 2, GNA – The Meteorological Service Department on Saturday announced that the weather would be very cloudy and misty over southern Ghana this morning with slight rain or drizzle over the coastal belt during the day.
The night would be cold and humid with occasional rain over few places. There would be isolated thunderstorms over few forest and hilly areas. Northern Ghana would be partly cloudy with isolated to scattered thunderstorms this morning or in the afternoon. The night would be fairly stable with rain showers over the upper regions. Maximum an minimum temperatures between 0600 hours on Saturday and 0600 hours on Sunday were given as: Coastal areas, between 28 and 24 degrees Celsius; Forest and mountainous areas, between 29 and 22 degrees Celsius and Northern Ghana, between 31 and 23 degrees Celsius.
