We Will Deliver – President Mahama Assures Ghanaians

President John Dramani Mahama has reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to fulfilling all campaign promises made to the people of the Eastern Region and the broader Ghanaian populace.

Addressing an enthusiastic crowd at Jackson Park in Koforidua on Sunday, 20th July, President Mahama expressed heartfelt gratitude for the overwhelming support he received in the 2024 general elections, which saw him re-elected to lead the nation.

“Thank you for the warm reception,” Mahama said. “I am deeply grateful for the confidence you have shown by re-electing me as President. By the grace of God, we will fulfil all our promises to the Eastern Region and to Ghanaians.”

The event marked a key stop on his nationwide “Thank You Tour,” designed to show appreciation to voters while reiterating his administration’s development priorities and engaging directly with local communities.

Waving NDC flags and chanting party slogans, hundreds of supporters and regional executives turned out to welcome the President, creating a festive atmosphere at the park.

President Mahama took the opportunity to renew his commitment to infrastructure, education, healthcare, and job creation across the region, areas that formed the cornerstone of his campaign platform.

“The trust you’ve placed in us will not be taken for granted. We will work diligently to uplift lives and bring real development to every corner of this country,” he told the crowd.

The tour, which continues across various regions in the coming weeks, aims to bridge the gap between leadership and grassroots supporters, as the Mahama-led government prepares to roll out its second-term development agenda.
