We have to sweat our way to rescue Ghana – Akufo-Addo

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has said a lot of hard work needs to be done to lift Ghana from its current status.

According to him, the task was not easy, however, with the can-do attitude, Ghana would be restored to its glorious days.

Speaking to the Ghanaian community in Geneva on Tuesday March 21, President Akufo-Addo said his government had developed plans to realise the promises it has made.

He said: “The future for Ghana is one which is limitless in its possibilities as far as I am concerned. This is going to require dedicated work and a lot of hard work, but nothing gets done easily.

“We have to sweat our way there and it is all of us, we have to sweat our way there. That Ghana we want, we can get to that Ghana. I believe we can all do that.

“I have a big plan for Ghana and I’m going to make sure that the plan works.”
