We Don’t Joke with Learning – Hearts Coach Didi Dramani Says Team Must Turn Lessons into Progress

Hearts of Oak head coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani says his side is committed to constant improvement, insisting that every match offers valuable lessons that must be turned into progress on the pitch.

Speaking to Hearts TV, Dramani stressed the importance of reflection and growth, revealing that both the team’s strengths and weaknesses are analysed after every game.

“A lot of lessons are always learned from every game that we play. We pick up lessons and also the challenges we envisage in games. We don’t joke with the aspect of learning,” he said.

The former Ghana assistant coach added that learning comes not only from opponents but from their own internal performance.

“We learn from our opponents and we learn from our own team. We must turn opportunities into changes, and so a lot has been learnt, and I think we need to work on our last ending of the game.”

Hearts of Oak have shown signs of improvement in recent matches but have also struggled to close out games, an area Dramani says will be a key focus moving forward.

As one of Ghana’s most storied clubs, expectations remain high, and the coach believes that embracing learning and adaptation is the only way to return the Phobians to their best.

With the season entering a crucial phase, supporters will be hoping that Dramani’s emphasis on growth translates into consistent performances and positive results.
