We are winning all seats in the North in 2016 – NPP Chairman

The newly-elected Northern Regional chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr. Bugri Naabu says his ultimate goal as chairman is to clinch all parliamentary seats in the northern region for his party in the 2016 general elections.

According to him, the party’s parliamentary strength in the northern region in the 2012 elections was not very impressive, and so will put strategic measures in place to secure all parliamentary seats for the NPP.

Mr. Naabu who disclosed this to Hello FM’s King Edward said the party’s Northern Regional executives has identified their flaws in the 2012 elections and is of strong conviction of winning parliamentary seats including hot seats like Tamale South and Central.

Mr. Naabu said he will unite all the losing candidates and bring them under one peaceful umbrella.

He stated that he does not believe in any factionalism in the party adding he is committed to working with any flagbearer the party elects in their next congress.
