Water shortage hits Adamu in Brong Ahafo

Adamu (B/A), Nov 15, GNA – A severe water shortage has hit Adamu in the Tain District following the break down of the only borehole in the town.

Mr Isaiah Gyade, the head-teacher of Adamu Seventh-Day Adventist Primary School, said people walk long distances to fetch water from River Tain.

Mr Gyade appealed to the government and the Tain District Assembly to by repairing the borehole soon and said if the water situation did not improve farming and normal classes would be disrupted.
