W/R recorded 138 deaths and 798 injuries last year

Sekondi, Jan 21, GNA- Some 138 died and 798 others got injured through road accidents last year in the Western Region.

Police Chief Inspector William Afful, station officer in charge of the Motor Trafic Unit (MTU) told the GNA in an interview.

He said 1,132 vehicles were involved in accidents within the same period in the region and most accidents occurred in January.
