W/R: 10 Stanbic bank staff feared dead in car crash

About ten workers of Stanbic Bank are feared dead in a gory accident at Ewusiejoe, a farming community near Agona Nkwanta in the Ahanta West District of the Western region.

The accident involved a mini urvan bus traveling from Takoradi and another Takoradi-bound vehicle carrying the staff of the bank who were returning from a funeral.

The bus carrying the bankers is believed to have somersaulted after the driver attempted to overtake another mini bus with passengers, that had parked on the shoulder of the road, resulting in that fatality.

All the passengers in the Stanbic bank bus including the driver are feared dead, while the others in the other bus sustained life threatening injuries.
