Dominase (E/R), Aug. 14, GNA- The Member of Parliament for Fanteakwa, Mr Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo, has on behalf of the Board of the VRA Resttlement Trust Fund, presented a set of furniture and a 29-inch television set to the Dominase Resettlement Quarters Community Centre at Dominase in the Fanteakwa District.
Mr Ofosu-Ampofo, who is also a member of the Board of the Fund, urged the people to regard the items as their personal property and take good care of them.
He suggested to the community to form a committee to supervise the use of the Community Centre and its facilities and levy some fees on those who would need the services of the centre.
He reminded them that the television set was for the community and so they should ensure that it was used for the benefit of all. He commended the Managing Director of Zarfito Enterprise, Mr Ebenezer Ntow, for the furniture.
On behalf of the community, Mr Emmanuel Asare Okantey, an opinion leader, thanked the Trust for the gesture.
