The Volta River Authority (VRA) is bursting at seams from the overbearing force and arbitrary control of its Chief Executive, Dr Charles Wereko Brobbey aka Tarzan. The Ghanaian Chronicle reports that “the reckless use of power and bullying tactics of his adminstration had generated so much tension among workers of the VRA that an explosion is imminenet.”
