Voting in Tain ends

Nsawkaw (B/A), Jan. 2, GNA – Voting in the 2008 Presidential Election Runoff officially came to an end at 1700 hours in the 144 polling centres of Tain Constituency in Brong Ahafo Region. A total of 54,718 registered voters were expected to cast their votes. The counting of the ballots had already started when GNA toured some of the polling centres. Voter turnout was generally low.
