Voter turnout encouraging in Adaklu Anyigbe district

Adaklu Have (V/R), Sept 26, GNA – Voter turnout at some polling stations in the Helekpe Electoral Area in the Adaklu Anyigbe District has been encouraging and without any problems. At the Local Authority Primary (L.A.) School Polling Station at Adaklu Kodzobi, 51 out of 484 registered voters had cast their votes as at 0800 hours.

At the L.A. Primary School Polling Station at Adaklu Wumenu, 30 people had cast their votes as at 0815 hours with 46 people casting their votes at the Evangelical Presbyterian (EP) Primary School Polling Station at Adaklu Have at about the same time.

Also at the L.A. Primary School Polling Station at Adaklu Dzakpo, 26 people had cast their votes as at 0840 hours. Mr Timothy Klu, one of the aspiring assembly members, said he was impressed by the voter turnout in six out of the eleven polling stations in the electoral area he had so far visited. 26 Sep. 06
