Vorsah found dead

Nsawam (E/R), June 17, GNA – Joseph Vorsah, a 65-year-old palm wine taper was at the weekend found dead in a pit-latrine at Ahodjoketewa, a suburb of Nsawam in the Akuapem South Municipality.

The Nsawam District Police Commander, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Alex Wowolo told the Ghana News Agency that Vorsah left home at about 0300 hours and did not return.

His wife, Madam Georgina Amegaie reported the matter to the elders of the community who tasked a search party to look for him. DSP Wowolo said the team discovered the body of the decease in the pit-latrine.

He said the body had since been deposited at the Police Hospital in Accra for autopsy.
