Vodafone retailer robbed of Ghc13K

Armed robbers have attacked a Vodafone retail outlet in Koforidua in the Eastern region.

The robbers posed as customers who wanted to buy mobile credits.

They reportedly tied the attendant Victoria Agyemang and locked her up under gun point.

The burglars absconded with 13,000 Cedis, mobile phones and other valuables.

The retailer told Starr News the robbers entered the shop like ordinary customers before they began their operations.

“Two guys came that they wanted to buy credits so I opened the metal lock and allowed them inside, but they immediately pushed me inside and tied me up after I had opened them.

“One of them removed a knife and pointed it at my throat and ordered me to open the safe so upon opening the safe, they took away my mobile phone and the money as well as the laptop I use here,” Agyeman narrated her ordeal.
