Victoria Hammah “so uncultured” – Sekou

Dr Sekou Nkrumah has described dismissed Deputy Communications Minister, Victoria Hammah, as an uncultured person who needn’t have been appointed into public office.

Hammah’s was sacked Friday by President John Mahama following the outing of a secret tape on which a voice purported to be that of the former Deputy Minister was heard denigrating Rachel Appoh as a “brainless, senseless, ugly, loud-mouthed, egoistic” woman who needlessly fights her boss, Nana Oye Lithur at the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection.

The same voice was also heard saying she didn’t intend risking her job with useless fights and squabbles until she has bagged US$1 Million in politics.

Dr Nkrumah, son of Ghana’s first President, Dr Kwame Nkrumah, said Monday that such comments from a deputy Minister portrayed her uncouthness.

The former National Youth Coordinator, however, told Asemba FM that despite the uncouthness of Victoria Hammah, President John Mahama should have given her fair hearing before booting her out of government.
