Twifo-Praso (C/R), Aug 12, GNA – Madam Yaa Mansah, a 35-year old woman, died on the spot when a vehicle veered off the road and knocked her down at Twifo-Wawase last Tuesday.
The District Police Commander, Mr Peter Ayirezang, told the GNA at Twifo-Praso on Thursday that the vehicle was travelling from Cape Coast to Twifo-Heman when the accident occurred. He said the driver has been placed in custody.
