Ghana’s former president, John Dramani Mahama, has a rather simple message for Ghanaians during the Easter period.
The former president and National Democratic Congress stalwart wished Ghanaians a “happy Easter”.
Mr. Mahama tasked Ghanaians to use the resurrection of Jesus Christ to renew their strength and forge ahead.
In a post on his official Facebook page, he urged that celebration of Easter offers great opportunities to reflect on the death and crucifixion of Jesus Christ.
He wrote “Easter offers great opportunities for us to reflect on the death and crucifixion of Jesus Christ.
Let’s take advantage of the moment to renew our strength with the resurrection. Happy Easter to you all, wish you God’s blessings.”
