Kumasi, Nov 3, GNA- The National Democratic Congress (NDC) branch in Virginia, United States (US), has commended Professor John Evans Atta Mills for nominating Alhaji Mohammed Mumuni as his running mate for the December elections.
A statement signed by Mr Jimmy Owusu-Kwarteng, the organiser, said Alhaji Mumuni is the right candidate to assist professor Mills to win the election.
It said members regretted the involvement of the running mate in recent accident and expressed sympathy to him.
The statement said “The NDC is the only political party in Ghana that can offer true freedom, justice and satisfaction for Ghanaians”.
