Accra, Oct. 3, GNA – The Police has arrested an American Citizen for defrauding a Ghanaian of 1,500 dollars under the pretext of securing a visa for him to visit the United States. Rodney Wilson, the American, who claimed to be an Immigration Specialist, lured one Adams of Accra to part with the money under the pretext of securing him a US visa.
