Upper East Minister interacts with RCC Staff

Bolgatanga, Jan. 12, GNA – The Upper East Regional Minister, Mr Mahami Salifu, at the weekend commended staff of the Regional Co-ordinating Council (RCC) for maintaining a high degree of tolerance and dedication to duty last year.

“The successes chalked by the administration in the previous year is as a result of your productive output and willingness to work even with the limited resources at our disposal,” he told the staff at an end-of-year get-together of the RCC in Bolgatanga.

He urged them to work even harder, especially as this year is an election year, adding that they have to be tolerant of all shades of opinion and be polite with people who approach them for help. Mr Salifu reminded the workers of the need to be each other’s keeper, adding that working under a harmonious environment enhances productivity.

Workers, who performed exceptionally well during 2003, received various awards.
