Assistant Superintendent of Police Godfried Anim, prosecuting told the court that on December 24, last year at 0730 hours, police on motor check duties on the Juaso-Ofoase road intercepted Larbi driving a Ford bus loaded with 14 passengers instead of 11.

He said when police demanded his driving license, roadworthiness and insurance certificates, the accused failed to produce them. Larbi absconded when the police ordered him to drive the vehicle to the police station and was later located and arrested.
