A level 100 student of the University of Education, (UEW) Mr Solomon Obeng, was on Friday found hanging in an uncompleted building at Abasraba in Winneba.
The Winneba Municipal Crime Officer, Assistant Superintendent of Police Kofi Sarkordie, told newsmen that the owner of the building and the assemblyman for the area reported the incident to the police on Friday.
He said the late student was staying in a hostel in the area.
