Professor Hans Van Ginkel, Rector of the UN University in Tokyo, arrived in Ghana last Tuesday to begin a six-day working visit.
He was accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Bep Van Ginkel.
While in the country, Prof. Ginkel will attend the UNU-INRA board meeting, pay courtesy calls on President Kufuor and the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu ll and visit the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
