Abrantepa.com has come across a number of trolls on social media directed at actor John Dumelo after the Daily Guide Newspaper reported that National Security operatives have caught him with a vehicle belonging to the state and retrieved it from a spraying shop but this very one from UK High Commissioner to Ghana, Jon Benjamin could pass as the best innuendo for the year.
Jon Benjamin has come under heavy criticisms by a section of the public who opine he steps boundaries as a diplomat.
In December last year, his tweet about the hazy harmattan weather that had engulfed Ghana and resulted in the temporal grounding of domestic and international flights, was regarded as an attempt at making fun of the then President Mahama’s commissioning of projects across the country ahead of the elections, which was mocked by some Ghanaians.
He later indicated he has huge admiration and respect for Mr. Mahama and that the impression created was incorrect.
