U.S Embassy introduces Walk-in visa for students

Accra, April 7, GNA – The Public Affairs Section of the United States Embassy said on Tuesday it was beginning a Walk-in Visa interviews for qualified students who applied for Visas effective, Wednesday April 22.

This was contained in a statement signed by Ms. Zainab Mahama, Information Specialist at the Embassy said in Accra. The statement asked all qualified applicants to submit their application to the US Embassy consular section without any appointment from April 22 through to September 9.

It said any applicant who had been refused a j-1 or F-1 visa in the previous 12 months would need to book an appointment through the online section.
