Two UDS students perish in motor crash at Salaga

Two final year students of the University of Development Studies in the Northern region have been killed in a motor accident at Salaga, Starr News has learnt.

The two, Awudu Alhassan and Abdul Raphic were traveling on a motorbike from Salaga to Tamale, where they had gone to purchase data to complete a project work when an unknown vehicle knocked them off.

The Police in the area have confirmed the incident. The deceased were both former executives of the Students Representative Council of the UDS.

The bodies have been conveyed to the Tamale Teaching Hospital morgue, a relative of one of the deceased Joel David told Starr News.
