Two pals jailed for stealing pregnant sheep and abetment

Aflao(V/R), Dec 2, GNA – Two friends aged 30 and 35 have been jailed two years each by an Aflao Circuit Court for stealing a pregnant sheep.

Fofo Amuzu, trader and Richard Mensah, a kente weaver, both pleaded not guilty to stealing and abetment.

Mr Seth Apau, Police Inspector at Aflao, told the court that the complainant and Amuzu lived in the same village, Klehome, near Aflao while Mensah resided in a nearby community.
