Two major roads to be closed for Independence parade

Accra, March 5, GNA – Two major roads in Accra would be closed to traffic from 0700-1300 hours on Saturday, March 6.

The closure is in connection with the parade by Security Services and School to mark Ghana’s 47th Independence at the Independence Square. A statement issued in Accra on Friday, and signed by Mr Mark Woyongo, Deputy Director (Finance and Administration) of the Information Services Department, said the roads are the Osu Traffic light to the Customs, Excise and Preventive Service (CEPS) Head Office and the Osu Cemetery to Ministries Dual Carriageway.
