Two die in motor accident

Kuntanase (Ash), March 30, GNA – Two persons, a man and a woman died on their way to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) following a motor accident in which they were involved at Kokoado near Kuntanase on Easter Monday.

The deceased, who are yet to be identified, were riding on a motorbike, which collided head-on with a taxicab.

The driver of the taxicab, Prince Ofosuhene, who sustained injuries was treated and discharged at the Kuntanase Government Hospital. According to Ofosuhene, he was on his way from Nyameani and while negotiating a curve at Kokoado he suddenly spotted a motorbike approaching at top speed and crushed into his taxicab.
