Mr. Daniel Osei, Superintendent of Police in-charge of Half Assini, told the tribunal that on September 30, this year, Kaku invited Famiyie from New Town on the Ghana – Cote d’Ivoire border to Half Assini.

Famiyie arrived at Half Assini on that same day at about 9.30 p.m. and together with Kaku, they went to stay at Cambodia , a suburb of Half Assini. Superintendent Osei said at 1.30 a.m, they allegedly went to hide in a nearby cassava farm opposite the house of Madam Agnes Mokoah, the complainant.
