Twifo Praso holds parade to celebrate Golden jubilee

Twifo Praso, March 7, GNA – Parade of school children, voluntary organizations, carnivals and soccer matches were held on Tuesday in the Twifo Heman-Lower Denkyira District to mark the Ghana golden jubilee at Twifo Praso.

Mr Samuel Agyeibie Kessie, the District Chief Executive, took the salute at the parade of school children, traders, seamstresses, workers of Zoom Lion and artisans to mark the anniversary that was attended by chiefs and hundreds of people clad mostly in the colours of the Ghana flag.

Twifo Praso Senior Secondary School came first in the march past in the senior schools level, while TOPP JSS took the first place in the JSS level with the Infant Jesus Primary School taking the first position in the primary level. 07March 07
