Twifo DCE cuts sod for construction of a clinic

Twifo Adadekofi (C/R), May 26, GNA – Mr Abraham Odoom, District Chief Executive (DCE) for Twifo-Hemang-Lower-Denkyira District, on Tuesday cut the sod for the construction of 161 a million-cedi clinic at Adadekofi, in the District.

The project, which is being financed by the Assembly in conjunction with World Vision, Ghana, with 69 million cedis and 92 million cedis, respectively, would serve about 3,000 people in Adadekofi and surrounding villages.

Addressing the people at a durbar, Mr Odoom appealed to them to support the project with communal labour, to enable it to be completed on time.

He told them that the rehabilitation of the road from Twifo Doduwa to Adadekofi and its environs had been given on contract and work was scheduled to commence In June.
