Trotro driver crashed to death by container

Accra, Jan. 11, GNA – A driver of a Kia Besta mini-bus on Wednesday met his untimely death when a trailer with a 40-footer container load of glass bottles for Ayrton Drug Manufacturing Limited failed his brakes and crashed him to death.

The trotro driver, Ato Forson was trapped to death when the trailer, which was about to discharged its cargo at the factory premises, failed its brakes, hit an electric transformer and the wall of the factory, a parked Kia Sportage car while the container fell on the Kia Besta bus, which was by side of the trailer.
