Tri-State Chapter Congratulates Prof. Mills

The New York, New Jersey and Connecticut Chapter of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) wishes to congratulate Professor Atta-Mills, the National Executive Committee (NEC), members of NDC and all the NDC parliamentarians for the great effort in making it possible for the party to win new seats and secure majority in parliament. This is a huge step forward for Ghana. We firmly believe that this monumental landmark achievement will bring about the changes that are so well deserved in Ghana. Nothing happens per chance. Obviously this is NDC’s opportunity to impact Ghana positively. It is also our prayer that God would endow you with Godly wisdom to fulfill the destiny of Ghana. Furthermore, the Tri-state chapter and the people of Ghana have every reason to thank God for NDC’s victory. It is now a chance for the CHANGE that would make Ghana a better place for all and sundry to live in.

Without a doubt our nation has set the standard and example of democracy and freedom for all, and once again God has blessed us in harsh times with a great man like Prof. Mills to lead his people. Ghanaians are looking ahead to a warm strategic relationship under Prof. Mills magnanimous leadership. Currently, the whole of Africa is facing multidimensional issues and we hope Prof Mills personality and NDC ‘s decisive victory will identify the priorities and actions for the best of Ghana, as well as Africa. The results of the parliamentary elections mean that there is hope for prosperity and peaceful development in Ghana. The NPP’s policies have been very disastrous for us all and it feels like a nightmare is over because the difficulties that 8 years of failed NPP policies have created are huge. With Prof. Mills as president and the NDC majority in parliament there is a chance to take a better course instead of the rampant hitting one iceberg after another.

God bless Ghana and should continue to bless the NDC, Prof. Mills and his family.
