Accra, Sept. 29, GNA – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Regional Cooperation and NEPAD has advised Ghanaians legally resident in Italy who wished to travel out of that country while their resident permit (Permesso Di Soggiorno Or Carta Di Soggiorno) was being renewed to go ahead and do so.
